Most businesses do not want IT
They want the computers to work, and someone to call when they do not.
We look after the whole thing. The computers, the servers, the network, Microsoft 365, the backups and the security. One number to ring, one company responsible, and no argument about whose problem it is.
Two ways to buy it, and they suit different offices
Per machine covers monitoring, protection and patching on every computer and server you have, and you pay for help by the hour when you need it. That suits an office where people rarely call and problems are the exception.
All-inclusive is per person. The help desk has no hourly meter on it, and the security and Microsoft 365 work is in the price. That suits an office where people do call, because on the per-machine plan a busy month turns into a bill nobody planned for.
We will tell you which one fits after we have looked. If you are on the wrong one you find out in the invoice, and that is a bad way to find out.
Most of it happens before you notice
Monitoring runs on your machines around the clock and patches go on in the background. When something breaks, the alert usually reaches us before anyone in the office has picked up the phone. The quiet months are the product.
Response times that are actually written down
If something is down, or there is a security problem, one hour. A problem affecting several people, four hours. One person, next business day. A general question, two business days.
Those are in the client agreement rather than on a poster, and the agreement carries a service credit if we miss them. They are response times, which means when we acknowledge it and start. Not how long a fix takes. Anyone quoting you a fix time before they know what broke is guessing.
When we are here
The help desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. Outside those hours, anything that is down reaches the on-call engineer. Nobody is sitting watching your systems overnight, and we would rather say that than let you assume otherwise.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us how many people you have and how often they call. That is usually enough for us to say which way round it should be.
